Good clean hotel, great price, fair location. Didnt fancy the breakfast box, went to Dobbie's for breakfast instead. Booked a family room as Travelodge do not have twin rooms, but the 2nd bed was very small and would only have suited a small child. Mattress on double bed was very hard, not very comfortable, but I suppose you get what you pay for.
reception v helpful, next to tescos for toiletries and snacks.Breakfast at Tescos. Pub next door called Snow goose was excellent . Caught no 11 bus into city centre , so convenient. Receptionist extremely helpful
Big room, comfortable bed, good shower over the bath but the bath was VERY slippery. Robert, the receptionist suggested places to visit in the area. There was difficulty accessing the Wi-Fi and booking an extra day but Robert, the receptionist was brilliant! He couldn’t have been more helpful and sorted it all out for us. The receptionist on the morning we were leaving, Kacper, was also friendly and helpful, we would certainly stay there again.
Nice staff, good room, everything OK. Parking was easy. Just a short walk to the Snow Goose Restaurant which I would recommend. Just a couple of minutes to the town centre with all it's shops and restaurants.
After booking a hotel in I verness and turning up to find it smelled of mould and dirty.... we managed to get a family room booked at the Travellodge. Receptionist was very helpful and told us to call the customer service team to get a better rate. We got a family room for the four of us. Room was huge. Comfy beds and plenty of room for the kids to move around. I couldn't believe a budget hotel was cleaner and nicer than the expensive hotel we had previously booked into. Great value and kids loved it.
Great hotel, a short walk to local amenities and only a short drive into main city centre. Staff were very helpful and welcoming during stay. Room and hotel was very clean. Lots of parking available on site. Staff informed of closest place to eat on arrival. Definitely recommend!
It is a great place, comfortable rooms in a great location - it certainly did the trick! Incredibly helpful staff too - they were very welcoming and accommodating. We had our meal at the Snow Goose next door. They don't do breakfasts which we didn't need on this occasion - but something to bear in mind.
I had only stayed in another Travelodge many years ago and had vowed never again as it was just too basic and almost prison cell like. Booked this family room at last minute due to a change of plan and was very pleasantly surprised, room was spacious and well appointed. Much more room in the family room than the last Premier Inn we stayed in. Would definitely try again another time.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay again. Comfy beds - friendly staff and clean rooms. I would have given 5 out of 5 but the £20 per dog charge is excessive. I'm sure some humans make more mess in the rooms than our wee dog, I Think this charge needs revisited.
Our room was clean and comfortable. There was very little noise from outside and we slept well. Our room had a bath with a shower over and it was nice and powerful. We had a family size room and there would have been plenty of space for the 2 pull out beds if they had been required.
