Perfect central location in Inverness. The hotel restaurant is excellent. Staff is helpful. Our room on the lower level was a bit cramped. WiFi only useable in lobby or dining area. Breakfast was superb with many choices.

I stayed for one night, the room was quite small but I am used to booking double rooms this was a single. Perfectly adequate for my needs plenty of cupboard and drawer space, shower nice and clean and a wonderful shower. The bed was comfortable i had a very good nights sleep. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choices,...

As others have said, the breakfast is fantastic (best I've had in Scotland) and the staff are friendly and very helpful. But that's where then good points end. The room was £75 which is not expensive but comparable to other single rooms around the country - but it's easily the worst room I've had for this price based on my...

Ensuite room was clean and comfortable. The king sized bed was a bonus for 2 adults and toddler. Bathroom was rather spacious and clean. Thoughtful of staff to provide us with this room as it is situated at a corner and our toddler can get a bit noisy. Breakfast was the best we have had so far. Generous and delicious....

Staff was very helpful and did try their best to meet our needs. Food was nice and served pleasantly. hotel seems to be recently re-furbished though rooms were small as were the bathrooms. Hotel is just 5 minutes walk to town centre. Car parking is free but limited, overall we had a comfortable stay.

Starting with the positives, the breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly. Advertising as 'luxury' accommodation was definitely misleading though. The 'double room for single occupancy' was tiny and bathroom (although clean) was minuscule. The toilet seat was broken, there were no mirrors in the bedroom and the bed was really uncomfortable. There was no desk, which was a...

After a 10 hour drive in constant heavy rain I arrived at the Redcliffe ready for a quick pint and a kip. The reception I received was very welcoming and my room, whilst quite old fashioned was very comfortable. I can imagine that the terrace area is really nice in the summer but the weather was dismal at the time...

Food was fine. Service was like something from "Faulty Towers" and overpriced. Took so long too serve us and then asked uf we wanted to take our deserts with us as we had run out of time then came back and said we couldn't but charged us for 2 courses anyway!!!

We stayed here for three nights and had the best time! First off, the hotel is just five minutes' walk from the city centre. Our room was clean, nicely decorated and the bed was comfy – no complaints there at all. When we asked for an iron and an extra set of towels they were brought to us right away...

We were a large group of old friends - the staff were welcoming and we all chose food from the 'early dinner' menu. The 2 or 3 course meals were good value with a varied selection. All the food was beautifully and creatively presented and it was cooked to perfection, the chef did a wonderful job. The 2 waitresses were...
