We stayed here twice on either side of a visit to Skye. It was really excellent. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. I would like to specially commend Claudia in the dining room who went very calmly to assist a customer who was 'choking' and managed to sort things out with no fuss or panic. She was a credit...

Shout out to the very handsome Dean and Paul in reception who made our 3 day stay there the most excellent ever! Such professionalism. I would stay there again. Thank you for going out of your way to make us feel comfortable. An American in Inverness, Patricia

Only had one issue with staying here. When we arrived we used the self check in machines to check in and after getting to our room on the 4th floor discovered the key cards did not work. Went back downstairs to have to queue behind 7 people waiting to check in with one person on the desk. No apology was...

Great and central hotel. Rooms could do with a fresh lick of paint but clean and nice otherwise. Staff were really friendly and helpful- excellent service from them. Parking is a nightmare, especially if you pay for a ticket for 24hrs at £10 on the premises. if you need to leave the carpark for any reason then you can guarantee...

Very pleasant stay, staff very pleasant and helpful. Food good and plentiful. Suitable for vegetarians too. Room nice and clean, plenty of clean towels and tea and coffee facilities . Very good value for money if you book in plenty of time.

Our third visit to this Premier Inn sadly didn't quite reach the mark we have had in previous visits. As always the hotel presents itself well front of house and although no one was on reception when we arrived a friendly face soon appeared to make sure I was coping with the automated check in (and the technology that goes...

Well presented Inn, very clean and comfortable, has breakfast facilities and a small bar area. Great location on the river and close to walk into the town. Not many staff about though and parking at the inn is expensive. We didn't have breakfast but friends said it was very nice. Staff were pleasant when they could be found.

This hotel was nothing special but the price made it great! It was clean, the staff were helpful, and the location was great! It is right on the River Ness which is beautiful! They do have onsite parking but you have to pay. For the value, I definitely recommend this hotel!

Nothing special but an excellent location in the heart of Inverness. You can walk here in about 10-12 min from rail station but a bit far if you have heavy luggage- we took a quick taxi. Very reasonably priced and you should note there is a large Tesco grocery store right behind the hotel which proved very useful for procuring...

Another great stay at this Premier Inn. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very clean. Great location as only a 5 min walk over bridge into main town centre where there's plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants. Only 10 mins walk from Train & Bus stations. This Premier Inn has a Thyme restaurant built in but only serve's breakfast...
