Hotel was generally really lovely, with great accessibility to the city centre, either by a 5 minute bus or a lovely 30 minute walk. Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly when we were checking in. Shower drain in bathroom would not drain until the water was turned off, so shower would often overflow. Other than this, the stay was lovely, and we were very happy with the facilities. The dining area was accessible through the hotel, and the restaurant had good quality food and a lovely bar :)

We love this hotel. Easy to find, close enough to town but also out of the way of the husstle and bustle. Beautiful views, fantastic restaurant linked on. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help.

There was no hot water on the second night of my stay. I was working the next day presenting a training course and had to boil the kettle in order to wash my hair and do without a shower. This was completely unacceptable. Apparently the gas heating engineer had decided that 16% of gas would be sufficient for the hotel on a Friday evening We also had booked dinner in the restaurant on Saturday evening and breakfast on Sunday morning but there was only a Continental option. As somebody with a number of food intolerances this was a major inconvenience. Due to a fault with the boiler there was a very stressful beeping noise in reception which was there for more than 24 hours - how the staff managed to work under such conditions is beyond me. They were calm and helpful.

Pleasant staff, room not particularly clean and the breakfast was a battle to get hot cooked food. Also the continental was non existent. The breakfast team appeared to be understaffed and the one Chef was unable to provide enough food for the guests present. This experience has was not what I expected from Premier Inn.

The premier inn itself is clean and tidy no complaints there . The beefeater pub restaurant on site is a different story. No staff so really slow we waited one and a half hours to get a table then the same time again for food to arrive .Then when it did it arrive items were missing and food very poor quality. Waiting at bat 20 mins for someone just to come and serve us.Shame as the inn is great.

A lovely getaway location with my daughter for our recent girls shopping spree in Inverness to break up the days in between Christmas and New Year. Lovely place to stay, within 5mins drive to all the shops! Rooms are lovely and what you would expect from Premier Inn. Ample car parking and away from the view of the road so feels secure. Portions at dinner were fantastic if not a little too much! Came away well fed and happy.

The accommodation was adequate for our needs; the bed was super comfy!! The hotel staff were wonderful, very friendly, very welcoming and very helpful. The room was spotlessly clean although I would have liked a toilet brush in the bathroom.
