Lot going for it in terms of location and if you can get a room with a view. Parking a hassle with valet service though street parking available relatively cheaply and free at night but this was not an option staff suggested. Breakfast nice but no extra touches for instance menu ordering fish or poached eggs which most hotels of...

Very disappointed in the tea, we were served two pots of hot water no teapots then followed by 3 teabags and one green tea, by this time the water was Luke warm and also there was no container to put spent tea bags in. The food was fine but it's a shame on how you serve the tea

Room clean, convenient, practical with super comfortable bed. First class customer service at reception and at restaurant. Breakfast buffet and evening dinner full of delicious choices. In walking distance to the railway station and high street. River Ness in front of the hotel provides a peaceful atmosphere for walking.

Hotel gave me everything I was looking for and looking forward to using the spa facilities when I return. Good service from everyone and an...

I come here fairly regularly with work colleagues and friends as it is handy. The food is okay but not sufficiently good to give it high praise but one benefit is that they serve Starbucks coffee. Staff vary from visit to visit and while some are excellent, others just go through the motions. You do not get made to feel...

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night, staff was friendly and the location is great, had a room with view on the castle. Restaurants are close by. Spa facilities such as the pool were a bit overloaded with kids, however an overall good experience.

This hotel is situated on a one way street on the riverside so a bit tricky to find if you miss the turning. The car park at the side is inadequate but they have valet parking if a problem, they block cars in and move them if necessary. If you have luggage I would check in at the desk at...

Dear VirgoQualitySeeker47, Thanks for taking the time to review the hotel and I am sorry you have left disappointed.
