We spent 2 nights in this pretty nice location. The breakfast choice is quite good. The host lady very friendly and even do our laundry for some pounds. The stay was just perfect and Inverness worth a visit. BTW good running course along the river.

We have stayed here a number of times over a number of years. We had a lovely room, comfortable and clean. Lovely homebaking available, water in fridge along with fresh milk for tea. As always a lovely breakfast, cheerfully served.

Westbourne is a great B&B. Nan is truly dedicated to making you feel at home, but a home where everything is taken care of. We stayed here twice. We returned because it was such great stay the first time. Both times the rooms were clean and cozy and the beds were great. Plus, we had some of the best breakfast...

Stayed for two separate nights at either end of a hillwalking trip. Chose it mostly because of reviews and just want to echo them. Well situated (10 mins walk to bus & rail stations), very professionally run, great care and attention to detail. Richard and Nan were very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Don't be put off by the facade of the building...

Nan was very kind and helpful and accommodating to my gluten intolerance. She bakes cakes for everyone to enjoy free of charge and supplies a fabulous breakfast. The rooms were cosy and clean and the locations is good for getting into the heart of Inverness. There's even a little night cap so port or sherry provided. A brilliant stay!

We had a very comfortable stay here. The room was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent. The location is very convenient being near the footbridge for the town centre and also very handy for the Rocpool restaurant. Access was a bit of a problem as the street was dug up for flood defence work, but Richard very kindly went...

My aunt and I were very comfortable staying here, we felt safe warm and local. Toilets are tricky to flush fully, but I think that's a Scotland's plumbing thing. We were well within comfortable walking distance to the center of town (visitors center) and the bus and train station. Nan has a lovely breakfast spread every morning, something for everyone!...

The hosts made us very welcome. There were complimentary cakes and a glass of port in the evening. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast very good, with lovely fresh fruit salad and a delicious cooked option.
