It wasn't fantastic to absolutely rave about it but it was warm and comfortable. The rooms aren't huge but ok for sleeping, I wouldn't want to swing a cat around in there not that I would. Breakfast was ok it did the job good choice. Just be prepared to wait for the hot water when having a shower, in the...

We stayed at the Glenmoriston for three nights in November. As always, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room clean and adequate with dressing gowns, a huge bathroom and excellent central heating (it was minus 4 outside!). The hotel is very central, a 5 minute walk to the town centre or to the castle and there's a riverside walk...

This was my second time in as many months at the Glenmoriston. One for work that inspired me to return for pleasure. This review reflects my thoughts on Inverness, the location and the hotel simultaneously. Scotland is one of my favorite places in large part because the people are just incredibly wonderful. In Scotland, your wealth is measured by your...

We stayed here after travelling up on the Caledonian sleeper and were so glad we did. Arriving early morning we git a piping hot cup of coffee and left our bags to explore Inverness. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly during our visit. Breakfast was superb, freshly cooked to perfection and I was able to have my...

Room overall was comfortable and staff very accommodating. We were placed to rear of hotel, so views mainly of parking lot. Biggest issue for us was that the heaters in room couldn't keep up with sub-freezing outdoor temps, but it did force us to snuggle closer in bed!

The staff all very helpful and breakfast was excellent. Correct these minor faults and it...

We have often dined in the Contrast restaurant but this was our first overnight stay. We were in the next door Windsor Suite and it was absoulutely spotless, warm and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like were the very soft pillows. The shower was fantastic and didn't need a degree in engineering to operate it. We didn;t hear a...

Just a one night stay for us so we could attend a show at Eden Court. Perfect placement for that, just over the walkie bridge and you're there. Plenty of parking which is a bonus in the city, and easy to find. Our room was in the annexe which wasn't a problem , but I could see in bad weather...
