I can only add to the other reviews that this was a really wonderful place to stay. Everything was very clean, my single room was very well thought out and comfortable and the house was very near the railway station, with attractive walk across the River Ness. Very good value for money with lovely continental breakfast with ham and cheese,...

I stayed at this fantastic B&B on the weekend of 17th August as I was visiting Inverness for a wedding with my friends. From the moment we walked through the door the owner Arefeh was extremely friendly, hospitable and would do anything to make sure our stay was at it's best. Rooms were extremely clean and comfy the location was...

I haven't stayed in too many B & B's before but this was a real highlight of our trip. The owner, Arefeh, was extremely welcoming and hospitable. His local knowledge of the area, places to see, where to eat and drink was excellent and helped us have a great time in Inverness. Breakfast was fantastic and anything you wanted, you...

You will not be disappointed with this B&B. The rooms and bathroom were clean, the location was magnificent (5-10min walk to the City Center), and there was more food than I could eat at breakfast. The owner was truly amazing; I felt like an old friend stopping by for a visit. I would definitely go out of my way to...

I really enjoyed staying here because I felt at home. It didn't feel like a stale cheap hotel. The room was comfortable and the breakfast delicious. It's also in a great location where you can walk to lots of cool pubs, restaurants, etc. Don't be afraid to ask for recommendations. He knows the best places. I'd recommend staying here!

We stayed one night on the way to the Western Isles and again a week later on the way home. Quiet location, clean and cosy house and a very friendly, helpful owner. The breakfast was very good and certainly comprehensive; large range of cereals, fresh fruit salad, home-made pancakes, boiled eggs, croissants, toast and scones. very good value and we...

This was one of the best stays ever! Very welcoming and beautiful B&B, definitely recommended. The room was clean and cosy, as was the bathroom. The house is nice and quiet, could not hear the others in the next room. Perfect breakfast and very nice owner! Will stay there again next time I'm in Inverness.

We drove straight to Inverness after getting off the plane so it was our first experience with Scotland. Arafeh was absolutely lovely bringing us in, giving us directions, recommendations for restaurants, and so on. He even recommended that we go for a walk down to the island and back after dinner and it was one of the highlights of our...
