Friendly staff clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast was disappointing coffee machine was broken and instant coffee was horrible. Had to wait for items to be replaced and only one choice of eggs. Orange juice was watered down.

We had trouble with our next booking. Cat was working at the front desk. She was great. She listened to our situation, then she determined who to call. After contacting that department, she gave the phone to us. When we were finished, she made certain that everything was correct. We are very grateful. Please Thanh her

Together with friends we had an enjoyable stay at the Travelodge Inverness city centre. It's really convenient for travellers using car, bus or train, being located close by the bus and train stations as well as the large, multi story car par on Rose Street. The rooms are a decent size and I didn't have any problems with noise either from outside or inside the hotel. I'll certainly look to book there again on any future visits to the city.

Comfy beds and very friendly staff. Ask for a front facing room if you want a big window with a fantastic view of the city. Great breakfast and evening meals are available too though we didn’t try them. Excellent location - just a short walk from the bus/train station and the main bars, restaurants and shops in the town.

Car park hard to find and the hotel was tired and not very comfortable. Carpets looked decades old and I didn't want to walk on them bare foot. Woodwork looked like someone had taken an axe to them. No hairdryer. Tiny window and horrible view. Seagulls screamed all night on the roof. Breakfast was nice and the staff were polite but wouldn't stay afain

This Travel Lodge is centrally located within easy walking distance of both the Bus and Railway Station. There is no parking at the hotel but a large multi storey is nearby. Prices are not cheap but our room was comfortable, service from all staff was friendly. There is a nice dining area and there is a good value buffet breakfast available. I believe evening meals are also available. Recommended

This is a budget hotel but… right in the city centre, car park at the rear, just 2 minutes walk. If you drive EV electric chargers are available at the car park. The room was clean. And the breakfast was excellent! What more would you need? Highly recommended!

Good location, tired hotel that is not good value for money. Stayed in a rival brand (ibis) in Aberdeen which was much cheaper and significantly cleaner and better, would not stay in this travelodge again as it was way overpriced when you include breakfast. Who charges for WiFi now days? Only travelodge it should be free!!!!!

Very handy for bus/rail station and also for exploring city. Unfortunately the menu was quite limited we only have toast and coffee for breakfast so went to lovely little cafe next door . plenty of eating places with better options for evening meals .

The room needed a deep clean. Stains on bedding and carpet. Light switch falling off the wall. Whole in curtain. Dirty and chipped skirting board. Poly filler on wall not smoothed and painted over. Thumbtack in wall. No lock on bathrooom door. No storage of any kind (not even a suitcase rest). No safe.No hairdryer. No staff at Reception to complain to. Bed was lumpy. Child (16) bed was broken. No soundproofing so heard everything from outside with windows (double glazing) fully locked. Only good thing was the location, very close to the bus stops for tours. This convenience doesn't make staying here a good idea. Avoid at all cost.
