The location was perfect for walking through town and the hosts could not have been any friendlier or more helpful. They were a pleasure to chat with and gave great advice on places to go for dinner, music, etc.

My wife and I stayed here for four nights in mid October and had the place to ourselves (being off season). The proprietor, Kenny, was a gracious and jovial host quick with a tale or suggestion of something to do. We spent our mornings eating a wonderful breakfast and talking with Kenny about anything from Nessie to haggis to whiskey....

We enjoyed a warm welcome from proprietor Kenny, and enjoyed our stay very much. The room was small (as explained in writing and verbally), but really comfortable and clean, and attractive. Breakfast was quite a spread, with some continental items and others prepared upon request. Located on a quiet street with free parking, and within easy walking distance of old...

We returned to stay here and were not disappointed. Kenny is a gracious host. The rooms are cozy and clean, and there is plenty of hot water for your shower. Breakfast is cooked to order, based on selections requested the night before, and there are lots of yogurts, etc. in addition to the full Scottish array of eggs, sausage, haggis,...

Nice guesthouse within walking distance to city center and the river. Breakfast is very good, served 8-9. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The host is very friendly and helpful. However, I docked a star because we stayed in room 2 and the noise in the morning is terrible. It's located right off the...

We stayed for one night in a clean room with shared facilities (which we were the only guests using at the time). Breakfast was plentiful and served by Kenny in a kilt! The room contained a king size bed which was probably too big for the room, and constricted movement around the room. That said, the room was modern and...

We stayed with Kenny for just one night after a trip through the Highlands and enjoyed his hospitality, including a nice breakfast in the morning. Room was an ensuite double and very clean and well appointed. Location is an easy walk to downtown Inverness but in a nice quiet area just out of main downtown. 10 minute walk to train...

This was the last place me and my wife stayed at after 5 days of hopping around the Highlands. It is a small place but very well kept. The only thing that threw as off when comparing to more main stream accommodations was wrinkled bed cover which look like it had already been used. I don't think it had though....

A great find having not been to Inverness before. Kenny and Dorothy welcoming hosts and the kilt was a very nice touch at breakfast time! Twin room small but immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. Had a good laugh and will have to return to talk more about " Outlander " with Dorothy ! Two nice places to eat/drink just around...

We stayed the second time in this wonderful B&B. Kenny was as friendly and helpful as three years ago. He offered a perfect service, perfect breakfast, perfect rooms and a perfect location (near the centre of Inverness). Hope to be back soon!
