Excellent location - quiet but only 10 minutes max from the station. V friendly hosts and top breakfast featuring veggie haggis (for veggies!). And complimentary Tunnocks tea cakes in the room as well! Good pubs and restaurants nearby.

I spent 2 nights there in 2012 and when I returned to Inverness in July 2016, I knew I wanted to stay there again. And it was so worth it. I had a single room with shared bath, the room was a bit on the small side, but still enough room for someone who is just there to sleep. Bathrobes...

We spent 15 days in Scotland. We spent 3 nights at the Rossmount, and it was BY FAR the best 3 nights of our holiday! Robert and Ruth were fantastic hosts, the room was clean and more than comfortable, and breakfast was delicious and plentiful! Robert gave us recommendations for dinner and they were excellent restaurants! And I was tempted...

Absolutely loved the Rossmount Guest House! We had a beautiful room with huge windows opening on the street and humorous Robert serving us delicious breakfasts. The Rossmount is well-located and you can walk easily to downtown Inverness. We would highly recommend it to anyone!

Lovely bed and breakfast with a great location (just a few minutes' walk from the centre of town), tasty breakfast (with lots of options), and the owners went out of their way to be helpful during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Rossmount Guest House in Inverness and our time there. The hosts were great and helped us get settled. It's really close to the town centre, breakfast is great, rooms are clean and comfy and guest house is very quiet.

We recently spent two nights here with our toddler daughter. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were very friendly and gave us useful tips for the area. Our room was a little cramped but that was due to having a travel cot in there with us! We enjoyed the use of the lounge after we put our daughter...
