We walked in off the street after seeing a Vacancy signand got a lovely warm welcome. We loved it and the local area so much we stayed another night, meaning we had to move rooms but that was fine. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious!

This kind of guest house is the reason why I love guest houses/B&B! We had such a warm welcome by the owner, Christine. The room was a good size, and the breakfast was lovely. It's just a short walk across the bridge from the city centre. Would stay again!

This is a nice, welcoming friendly place. I struggled to rate because the hosts were great, it was central and there was free parking either on or off street. Our room was not large but fine as we were only there to sleep. My main complaints were: 1- the shower very small and the water temperature very unreliable and 2...

We got to this B&B through visit Scotland. We were promised off street parking. That is true there is. What is also true is that this parking needs to be reached through a very narrow alley between two houses. Modern cars will need their rear mirrors pulled in to make it. Furthermore it is a very small are where the...

We stayed in this traditional B&B with great hosts at the beginning of our round tour through Scotland. Great location for trips around Inverness, such as to Loch Ness or Aviemore, Glen Affric, etc. Don't park in the backyard, the way to get there is very narrow, but parking on the streets is fine.

Lovely traditional bed and breakfast with great city centre location. Found the owners to be very helpful, specially Christine who couldn't do enough for us. Couldn't fault the 4 night stay we had here and look forward to our return.

We had a great time in this B&B, much better than the Murrayfield Hotel in Edinburgh (who gave our room away, despite advising them of our late/early arrival) on the same trip. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful. Rooms clean & well taken care of during our 7 day stay. The hosts could not do enough to help make our stay...

Nice bed and breakfast in a good location not far from Inverness centre via footbridge. Very friendly owners where nothing is too much trouble. room spacious although en suite a little small. Clean and tidy. Food excellent. Only negative point was the noise from water cylinder in loft when other guests ran showers.

Stayed at this B&B recently and already looking forward to going back next time we are up that way. Decided to stay here as it looked like it had a good location for the city centre which it did. Usually stay in hotels but have got sick of all the extra charges for WIFI, parking and breakfast so decided to...
