Absolutely first class, I have been around and this place takes some beating. The location was stunning. The accommodation was very comfortable. The staff were there to welcome us and even arranged to let us in early. Couldn't be more helpful.

We booked this trip last year and was looking forward to it. I realised that our school had changed the half term week and I hadn't realised so phoned to try and change the booking to the following week. There was no problem doing this but I had to pay an additional £130. We arrived last Monday after a very...

This review is for the seaview lodge, me and my wife had a lovely weekend, staff were very welcoming and very helpful, we went up for a quiet weekend away and that's what we got, fantastic place, we are looking at booking again but with the kids this time, although there is not much to do it's a place I...

Great apartment with views of the fields, sea and Orkney Islands. Wick was close for a grocery store. We took the ferry from Gills Bay to St Margret's hope for the day, which was easy and fun! Loved waking up to that view. We would definitely go back! Whatever you do, don't go to dinner at the Sea View. Worst...

Booked this to celebrate the birthdays of many of the family and ( thanks to management) we ended up in one of the lodges and in one of the rooms at The Inn. Couldn't fault either of them- spacious, clean, very warm ( even for a chilly, yet sunny, February). John o Groats has certainly improved as a destination with...

Stayed for my sisters 40th. We stayed in the 4 bedroomed North Star apartment which was more than big enough for 7 of us. We felt relaxed as soon as we arrived. Perfect place to chill out, eat, drink and be merry. Couldn't have asked for a better accommodation. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Thank...

Excellent accommodation, you could not ask for more. Had a strange start with not the best reception but a breakfast was offered in the Storehouse and by then we had settled in to our lovely first class surroundings with an amazing view to wake up too.

This was our 5th trip to the lodges at John O Groats and they never disappoint. The staff are discrete but friendly and easily available if you need them. The lodges are spotless, have great views and spacious. Facilities are limited but excellent. We can't wait for our next visit

First visit to Scotland northern part and the resort provided everything we expected. Enjoyed the walks to the stacks and along the coast and had a few interesting sightings of wildlife. Dunnet Forest worth a visit and Wick Harbour as well.

6th stay of the year in John O'Groats. Very wet and windy with great waves along the coast. Lots of surfers in Thurso. Rather them than me 😃. Walked from Scrabster to Thurso and enjoyed visiting family in Thurso. Coffee great as always in the Storehouse beside the wood burning stove. Bliss!
