This was my second visit to this historic hotel. The owner is ever attentive to every detail and the young staff is very pleasant and welcoming. There are many hiking trips you can take in the area and then enjoy a well prepared meal from a varied menu. We invited friends for dinner one night and the service was impeccible....

We stayed here for an anniversary break of three nights to re-visit parts of the highlands we know and love. We had one of the better rooms and were really pleased with the facilities but what really makes this hotel so wonderful are the staff. From a friendly welcome to good banter pitched at the right level, nothing a problem...

This hotel has remained unchanged for many years, not that that's a bad thing really if its full of character and charm. Tomich may be off the beaten track but its set in the loveliest of Glens between Glen Affric and Strath Glass in the small hamlet of Tomich itself. Its many years since I first found this delightful place...

My husband and I stayed at the Tomich for one night 9 June 2013. We had a large well-appointed room with a generous bath, our bed incredibly comfortable. The welcome was warm; the setting unbeatable; the owners, Bernard and Jackie, delightful and gracious. The chef did not let us down. Dinner and breakfast delicious. The hotel is cozy, small, a...

Our room was in the annexe and was ideal, spotlessly clean and bright.....only a few yards from the main building. Staff were efficient and personable. Breakfast was very nice and relaxed and dinner was excellent. The chef's preparation of red cabbage was delightful and should have its own spot on the menu and not just part of a veg side...

Stayed 3 nights in the annex. Room clean and comfortable. Bar food was excellent and breakfasts good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is as beautiful as anywhere in the world. Would recommend a weekend here.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights 30/05 - 02/06/13 with friends for a cycling trip to Glen Affric. We had a double room which was lovely. Very clean and tidy. We ate one night in the restaurant and the other two in the bar. The food was brilliant - couldn't fault it all. Best our expectations. Staff were...

An ideal place as a base for walking but we were underwhelmed by our stay particularly having read the reviews before we went. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but we felt that they were being overstretched. There was no cosy atmosphere, no log fire on ( I know it is May but we had been walking in snow...

An excellent base for hillwalking, gentler walks and sightseeing in a particularly pretty little village on the edge of the North-West Highlands. Guests range from hillwalking groups to touring couples, both young and older. A lovely small hotel with clean, well-appointed and spacious rooms, both in the old (Victorian) hotel and the nicely converted adjoining annex. The food ranges from...
