Stayed in the hotel self catering lodge. Clean, tidy with all you would expect. But for 3 nights for 4 people the electricity bill was a whopping £60. We were out all day and switched the heaters off. Left a sour taste.

Last year we reported a host of lodge faults which we were assured would be rectified on our next visit. We returned to the same lodge to experience a torn leather sofa (see photo) which was reported a year ago, and could easily be fixed with some superglue. The sofas are a very smooth leather-type fabric, which means that there...

Visited Coylumbridge hotel in January to visit friends staying in the Timeshare lodges dotted around the hotel complex Lovely location. Lodges also well situated in the trees. Numerous activities for family holidays but also catered for couples in restaurant for breakfast with a separate seating area - nice touch. Breakfast was very good quality and choice. Bedrooms a little tired...

We came here for my partner's son's wedding. The hotel foyer, bar and restaurants are lovely. The rooms, although nice are a bit dated. Staff are very helpful and service in all areas was excellent. A huge downside however is the cost of alcohol which is way way over the top at £8.50 for a gin and tonic and £11.20...

Dear janyp123, Thank you for your review on your recent stay with us at a family wedding. Great hotel for families and dog lovers. Good location. Nice room and nice staff. Lots of stuff for kids to do and for grown ups too. Will definitely comeback if they don't mess up my bookings again!!

Nice hotel for a two night break. Got a good deal for dinner bed and breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was a tad dated and lots of cobwebs on the ceiling. Ordered room service after 10pm as got to hotel late due to bad snow. Only a few options to choose to eat. Club sandwich and curry. We got...

We have stayed here in the lodges most years as our children have grown up. Wonderful memories every time. This year we had a problem in our lodge after the previous occupants smoked in there - but the staff were really helpful and did their best to resolve. Highly recommended.
