The clue is in the name, ibis BUDGET, I expected the worst and was pleasantly surprised!!! We stayed for 1 night whilst attending a show at the hydro. Myself, my partner and my grandson, £45 for the 3 of us. Plenty car parking available in the multi storey carpark right beside the hotel and free. The girl on reception was...

The hotel is attached to a multi-storey car park which is free and convenient, however the car park is currently a bit of a building site and it's really unclear how to access the hotel. Reception is on the 6th floor, and despite what it says in the lift, you don't need a key card to access the hotel. Reception...

Welcoming & helpful staff. Clean, tidy room, shower & toilet. Very comfortable, clean bed and pillows. Towels also a good size and good to use. Entire building was clean with good dining & restaurant facilities. Close to city centre, good public transport facilities nearby. Various dining facilities close to hotel. Enjoyed my stay and would return.

Stayed here before with no problems, this time bed or ie mattress was so uncomfortable we did not sleep well at all. This ruined what was a good cheap hotel. Have contacted customer services with regards this as we wanted either a free stat or our £33 back. All I got was thank you fir your feed back, really that's...

Booked this budget hotel for an overnight stay to attend an exhibition at the SECC. Rooms are basic, clean & comfortable. Staff are extremely helpful & responsive & the pillows are the best I've had in any hotel & I'm fussy about that! Doesn't look great from the outside but nice inside. Good hotel for a budget sleep spot.

Stayed here for the weekend and was a nice little hotel. The location was good, surrounded by the cinema, bowling alley, casino and restaurants and only a £7 taxi into the city centre. The rooms were lovely, only unusual thing was the bathroom is split up so toilet is in it's own room within the room and the shower and...

Stayed here with my friend for a night. It really is a budget hotel. Rooms are so small and the toilet was in a cupboard like area. Don't think I'd ever return. Rooms appeared to be clean and tidy but the beds were so uncomfortable. Staff were friendly though.

I was a little unsure what to expect from this hotel but would definitely use these budget hotels again. The room was clean and comfortable even though not huge. Free wifi in all rooms and drinks and snacks available 24/7 from reception. I had my dog with me and they only charge £5 per night. Staff extremely helpful and courteous....
