We stayed in the luxury suite, which was very roomy and we loved the free-standing bath, the underfloor heating and the massive 3D Blu-ray TV, it almost made us want to have a night in! Lots of choice for breakfast, recommend the porridge! Steve was really friendly and helpful. 20 mins from town centre. We'd definitely stay again.

Really appreciated the friendly reception in this family owned hotel. The room was a comfortable, and although there was no en-suite bathroom I was happy I chose this hotel. Steve is a great guy and shared his local knowledge with us to make sure we made the most out of our stay.

The house and rooms are beautiful and service is really friendly. Amazing facilities. (lovely bathrooms, flat screen with blue ray player and a lot of DVDs!) It is a lovely location overlooking the park, museum and university buildings. Couldn't ask for a nicer place and we'll definitely stay again if we're in Glasgow.

As you might expect from a guest house it feels more like staying in a family home. Steve and his wife put you at ease from the very beginning and were extremely helpful throughout our week long stay. There are plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance and I would recommend checking out the list of restaurants on the Alamo's...

Our second visit to this B&B. Couldn't ask for a better location, right on Kelvingrove Park. The bowling greens and tennis courts are opposite so take your trainers and tennis racquets. Very quiet location. Short stroll to Kelvingrove Museum and Glasgow University. The have both en-suite and shared facility rooms. Decor a bit slap-dash in places and attention to detail,...
