Title says it all, if you like getting stalked, harassed and accused of "Sneaking" people into a hotel that literally have a room key for a different room on there person. Then book this hotel right up! I've never seen such splendid service. The way the staff member shouts at you at 4am, calls you a liar and ruins your stay. I'd pay just to see the customer service again, honestly one of the best experiences of my life. As for the room itself, basic. box. oven. prison, train toilet, council. Is the words I'd use to describe it. I'd suggest you invest in some entertainment for your night staff, this women seemed like she'd been waiting for hours to get into some sort of action with a guest - definitely wasn't her first conflict of the night and most likely not her last.

Hi there, After investigating I have found out that she was on a regular floor walk and heard excessive noise coming from the room which is why she knocked. Morever, there were more than 4 of you as you have previously stated. As you can imagine, people regularly attempt to bring outside guests into the hotel and have parties within the rooms which would disturb our guests - which is why she required your room numbers. We do have a two guest per room policy regardless of whether everyone is a guest. One of the reasons I can think of for this is to limit the noise coming from rooms, they are smaller than other hotels and other hotels may not have this issue. As I did not make this policy unfortunately I cannot elaborate further at this time. I do apologise that you felt alarmed, distressed and harassed. This is never our intention. We hope you return to easyHotel Glasgow and you are more than welcome to use our seats and chairs at reception to finish takeaways, chat to your friends etc. Please don't hesitate to get in touch. Kind regards easyHotel Glasgow

Booked this hotel for a concert, rooms are quite small but that didn’t bother me. I didnt have a window in my room so it was extra dark at night, also meant it was pitch black even at 11am, perfect for me. Only downside is that the vending machine didnt give me my irn bru as it got stuck lol

Staff at reception were friendly and apologised right off the bat for the lift malfunction, and whilst the room itself wasn't fancy or spacious, it was exactly what I expected for the money I gave. It was cleaned well and had a tv, radiator and on-suite bathroom (although the shower was small and close to the toilet, which meant that when you used it the water spread out all over the bathroom).

When you first enter room you are a little taken back by the size. Since it was just myself it was fine. I would only recommend the rooms with windows as the internal rooms may feel claustrophobic. Windows don't open but there is central aircon and temp can be adjusted at reception, amazing. There is no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms but there is a great coffee machine in lobby for £1.60. The staff were amazing, top notch and the manager Anika was the best ever. I usually stay next door at the travel lodge but if I was by myself I would probably pick here if the rate was cheaper or if it was the summer as the Travel Lodge rooms can become saunas. My favourite location in Glasgow to stay.

Perfect for our 4 Night Stay. Clean. We used as a Base to do Day's Out to Loch Lomond, Falkirk, Rouken Glen Park and Dams to Darnley Country Park. Woulda liked window to have been Bigger and within eyeline. Not by Ceiling. Think Easyhotel might benefit from hangers for door to request Toilet Roll. As had to ask several times at Reception for New Roll. Lift was broken whole stay. So was quite alot of stairs.

Booked this fairly last minute for a weekend trip to Glasgow. We arrived at about 2pm and asked to check in. They tired to charge us £10 even though the room was ready. So we waited in reception 10 mins then they let us in. We got into the room and it was extremely warm. We paid extra for a window room as we like ventilation in a room. However, the windows don’t open. The rooms are tiny no room to move around at all. You could only share with a partner or someone you are extremely comfortable with. The walls are so thin you can hear everything going on in the rooms around you all night as well as frequently thinking that someone was trying to get into our room. The bathroom (well tiny wet room with no bin) flooded after one shower and became so slippery. We were on the 3rd floor and arrived to discover that the lift was out of order and my partner has a bad knee. If you have difficulty with stairs this hotel is a definite no. Very basic and wasn’t much cheaper than the other hotels. Definitely wish I had paid that little bit more. Won’t be staying in an easy hotel again.

Thanks for your feedback. At easyHotel we endeavour to offer the best value quality stay. Our style of hotel is intended for people who are just dropping their bags and exploring the what the city has to offer. To keep our room rates as low as we can, we do offer our guests to tailor their stay to suit their needs regarding storing bags and early check in or late check out options as most of our guests may not need these extras. We do understand that our style of hotel may not be for everyone, and we will take all feedback on board as we work to improve our service. I apologise that your room was extremely warm. We do have air conditioning and heating, any issues with this can be rectified promptly by reception. Moreover, we are extremely sorry that the lift was out of order during your stay. Thanks again for taking the time to leave us your feedback and we hope to welcome you back to stay with us in the future.

My friend and I stayed during our travels around the UK from Utah, It’s a cheap hotel and the location is brilliant in close proximity to the centre of Glasgow. However room very small shower is over the toilet. Cramped £5 to store one small piece of luggage and we were knocked on twice at 10:05 to get out the room even though we were just putting our shoes. I advise going somewhere else but you get what you pay for.

Cheap, clean and comfortable. We were lucky and got a very quiet room with a little extra space to our friends. But where there's room for a chair, it would be nice to have one. Also, a shelf to get more stuff 'off for floor' would be nice. The bed was made up oddly - no idea why the duvet was 2/3s the way down the bed and the bottom sheet was too small. Otherwise, the reception staff were really nice and the vending machines useful.
