Hotel's Favourite
One of the older Premier Inns but we use it regularly, as it is close to the family we visit in the area and it's nice to catch up over a meal and drinks. The staff are very helpful and if there is ever any issue, they will go out of their way to resolve it. It doesn't have air con if you're visiting when it's warm but they do have fans in every room now.

We spent an evening at this hotel, the room was spotless and staff couldn’t be anymore helpful, especially Shelley who I am sure was the Manager. Very helpful and couldn’t do enough to help. We will be back soon

Very welcoming staff, nothing is to much bother, the rooms are very clean, facilities in the rooms are what you would expect. The reception staff are always happy to help you with any issues, Shelley and John are always very professional and they go out of their way to make sure that you have a pleasant stay. The hotel is in a great position for all major road networks. All the beds in the hotel have recently been changed.

Love a premier inn bed they are so comfy and rooms are always so clean. Reception staff were great. Easy check in and out. Great sleep will definitely be back when in the area. Good location for those visiting Glasgow.

Fantastic hotel we stayed over while attending a wedding staff were lovely very polite and helpful room was spot on clean very comfy would recommend this hotel we had breakfast which was fantastic choice of continental or full breakfast we had everything it was amazing

The hotel needs some TLC especially around the bathroom and update internet and usb connections. Suiting for years and sad to see it look like this as staff are fabulous with food mostly great especially breakfast and location perfect for family or going about with access to motorway or to Glasgow. It would be a shame to let it slip as we have so many good memories of staying here with our family.

The cleanliness was good. But I paid £350 for three nights for 1 adult which is an awful price for the room. The water from shower was spraying out of the bathtub onto the floor. The WI-FI didn't work for the duration of my stay. The food was delicious but waited over an hour and a half to order and be served just a main course.

Great stay here, just outside of town. It may be an older premier inn, but the staff are fab and go out there way to accommodate. Found us chargers as we forgot to pack ours, got us jugs of ice water to our room due to the heat. Had fan in the room already for us. The woman on night shift at the desk was great, had a good chat with her once we returned from concert. Would definetly return,
