Clean room, a little cold, had to put heating on as it kept going off (was November). Staff excellent, really helpful and friendly. Only downside is the location, without a car you are stuck in the middle of nowhere so have to get trains, taxis or buses. If you go by car, it's ideal with a huge free car park.... More

Great location as only 20min. drive into city centre, although close to motorway so you do hear traffic but didn't effect sleep. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

At the end of the road literally 4 minutes walk you can catch a bus straight... More

That was our first time in a premier Inn. We travelled up from Newcastle to stop over for a friend's party. For the price we paid for 1 night never again. First impressions as we walked into the room. That was after walking along the bounce hallways. Yes nice. Warm. But it seems they must only employe small people to... More

Hi John Thanks for taking the time to share your review. It's a shame to hear that your first stay with us was a disappointing one, particularly due to the level of cleanliness in your room, noise disturbances and poor breakfast experience. Noisy upstairs guests at 1 am. Poor insulation between their floor and my ceiling - or so it seemed. Staff seemed unconcerned when I mentioned it on my way past reception to breakfast. Disappointing as the room was not cheap.

Premier Inn has a tremendous reputation of being one of, if not, the best hotels you'll ever stay in and this one does not disappoint! I had a Martial Arts tournament in Motherwell and travelled up from Liverpool with a group of friends who were also participating. I was originally going to stay in a cheap nearby hotel, but my... This is one of the hotels I use when going to see Celtic play. very helpful and friendly staff and within easy reach of Celtic Park. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. I will stay here again, even for a longer time than a stop over if necessary.
