Situated opposite Central Station, location is excellent, also just a few minutes walk from Sauchiehall St, Merchant City, bus station etc. Reception is in corner of the nice cafe bar when you walk in front door so if its busy its not ideal. Staff are friendly and chatty. My room was small as was the bathroom but was clean and modern. Good Indian restaurant attached to hotel and plenty of bars late night takeaways nearby so id imagine rooms at the front are not very quiet.

My visit to Glasgow was great and also my stay at this hotel. They were considerate to make last minute changes on my advanced booking. They allocated a quiet room facing the back of the hotel and since we went there on a football weekend we had inconsiderate guests who I assumed are drunk shouting at the 2nd floor corridor around midnight. It lasted only for few minutes so didnt bother to complain. Clean room and friendly staff. Hotel is just walking distance from the bus stop if you are taking airport express bus from Glasgow airport.

Nice hotel in City Centre, easy walking distance to everything. 400 yards from the Pot Still pub, great Beer. The hotel room was great but had to shut the windows for the city noise. Wifi is crap, ended up piggy backing of another residents hot spot !! Breakfast good and fresh. Overall good value for money.

My friend Rhona and I stayed on Thursday 11 May in room 101 to go to a concert at the SSE Hydro. The room was ideal for our stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful with a special mention for Fiona who went out of her way to deal with our request. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks again Fiona and enjoy the concert tonight xx

My son and I were attending an event so booked the hotel for one night as very good room rates for Glasgow. The rooms we had were cramped but they were fine. We had a drink at the bar and I had the special curry from the menu which was excellent! Lovely decor in the bar/restaurant area and friendly bar staff. We didn't take breakfast so cannot comment on that. Sadly neither my son nor I got a good nights sleep as from 5am children who I think must have been staying in the room between us...the lift was also between our rooms....were running up and down shouting etc and at certain points voices presumably their parents could also be heard and my son who was nearer the lift said they were constantly going up and down in the lift too! Some parents need to take responsibility for…

Where do I start with the artto hotel...... Checked in by the woman who looks like that Scottish comic Jimmy cranky and was very welcoming to me and that's where it ended the way she spoke to the other girl behind reception was disgusting someone on a power trip anyway enough of that the room when I moved the drawer/bed to plug in my laptop well I'll post a picture and see what you think but I don't think this room on the first floor has been vacuumed in months I was shocked at how dirty it was when I raised it with the blonde cleaning lady didn't have a clue "no English" and a lot of pointing then clearly not understanding gave me the hoover plugged it in and left the vacuum for me to do ? Seriously I'm the one paying money by no means do I think I'm better than this girl but…

This hotel is very conveniently located in the centre of Glasgow. Just accross the road of Central Station. It is clean but the rooms are not luxury and the decor is rather tired. However...if you are in Glasgow to explore then it is an adequate, convenient base and the prices are modest. Members of staff were polite and helpful. Overall not bad

Small well run hotel opposite central station . Rooms clean and tidy generally upto modern standard comfortable beds and little evidence of the busy street scene going on outside to interupt your sleep Staff polite and friendly. Small bar for the end of a busy day relaxing drink. If you are going by car and turn up at 9.30 pm as i did best check out the car parks before you arrive or you may end up in ever decreasing circles navigating the one way systems and bus lanes while trying to find a carpark there are three within 5 mins walk but the hotel claims you can park for £10 A DAY i ended up paying £20 but maybe there are more competative parks. Would reccomrnd this as an overnight stop off .
