Had the best stay!! The check in process was easy. Rooms were big, bright and nice and warm. The breakfast had so much choice and everything was cooked well! Cocktails at the bar were delicious and cheap and the evening meal was amazing!! Staff were very friendly and helpful!

Two night stay in this premier inn was just as expected, same standard as every other premier inn from bed quality to friendly staff! Only thing I could mention that could need a slight improvement is the tv’s are old and only digital channels, we didn’t spend much time in the room anyways so wasn’t a deal breaker for this trip. There also was only 4 plugs in our double room, including the plug for the kettle and tv which wasn’t ideal but we made it work

My family and I visited Glasgow for a day out. Booked room plus breakfast for less than half the price of other hotels in the area. Room was spacious and clean. There was an issue that I noted in the morning, no hot water but it was one night and I could shower at home. Breakfast wasn’t the best but what do you expect for the price? We all got fed. No frills but for a wee night away ideal if you get it at a good price.

I visited Glasgow and stayed over night at the Premier Inn at George Square. I had booked at Premier Plus Room at the hotel as I was told these are the best rooms in the hotel. I arrived early to leave my bags at the hotel before I checked in and was served by Kris who was at reception. He kindly took my bags, and gave me information on the city. He also gave me a map of the city for me to easily get around. When I came back to check in around half 3, the hotel was full and a line for to check in was long. Some people were moaning and complaining but I would like to say that Kris and I think her name was Kirsty handled the situation very well and stayed very professional and welcoming. I got checked in and got to my room. The room was lovely and spotless and I couldn’t have been any happier for what I paid for. I got a drink at the in-house bar and staff were friendly and polite. The only think I would say is a negative is the heating is very inefficient, it goes on and off whenever it likes. This isn’t good during winter, especially during these times. The bed was very comfortable and I had a great nights sleep. I would definitely come back again but I would say to the hotel manager to get the heating situation sorted asap. Thank you and I’ll see you again

The room and hotel turned out to be better than expected. Very comfortable bed in a beautifully clean room. The usual complimentary tea, coffee and water and just in case needed an Iron with ironing board. The staff were friendly.. Happy to recommend this hotel.

Nice location to stay for those who are from Glasgow Queen St, need some walking or easily get misidentification with the other branch next to the Bus Station. Overall, it was cozy for the stay and a clean bed and room environment. However, the shower needs further fixing as hot and cold water are not quite balanced throughout the shower. Need further budget if you need to hold the luggage with the hotel if need to approach for the Highland tour.
