Fantastic hotel to stay in with 24 hour reception. I checked in just after midnight and they upstaged my room which was pleasantly unexpected. The hotel is refurbished to look new and the location is on a very quiet street in Glasgow and only a two minute walk the main shops.

Centrally located - near many of the city's attractions, and a good variety of restaurants within walking distance. The room was comfortable and the front desk was top notch. Staff was friendly and accommodating. This is a great hotel for couples; clean, safe and close to Sauchiehall Street. Everyone who works here went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. I plan to stay here again on my next trip to Glasgow.

Staff are very friendly and that's where the positive comments end. Rooms are miniscule, I was sharing a twin room that was so small we had to take turns to move. Cooked breakfast was advertised, it wasn't available. All in all not one I could recommend

Arrived at this hotel and was inside for about 15 minutes and could not stay. Whatever they used for cleaning was causing my eyes to water and sneezing. I could feel it in my throat. I explained this to the front desk, and said I'd have to find somewhere else to stay. They didn't seem to care at all. They still charged me for the 3 nights, refusing to refund any of it. When the taxi picked me up, the driver said it used to be a homeless shelter. Not surprising. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Clean shower rooms n toilets. We took shared toilets and never had an issue they seemed to always be just cleaned. For ukl 40 a night we couldnt be happier. Covid has stopped the cooked breakfasts but cereals, toast n coffee made for ok continental. We 'll stay again.

I usually stay here all the time whenever in glasgow, unfortunately it is not the same as it was before, they no longer do cooked breakfast, yet they have kept the same rate, i'm sorry but this should be amended on the website. Its unfortunate that one of the best breakfasts in glasgow is no longer available, huge let down, and they didn't seem to care when I said it was a huge loss to no longer be doing it.
