Clean rooms, very friendly helpful staff that go above and beyond. I left my handbag in room after checkout and staff were happy to courier it down to me at my home address, it arrived the very next day all in tact! Fab breakfast!

If you are looking for a place just to stay one night thats ok. The rooms are very small, the bathrooms are even more small, the breakfast its ok and the staff could be more nice. Its near the center you dont need to walk too much, so thats good.

Rooms very small and basic even taking into account it's a budget room. The "bathroom" is a shower and toilet, no room to turn around or swing a cat. Needs redecorating as very tired, dusty and rundown inside. No offer of help upstairs with heavy cases from reception we were obviously struggling to get up stairs with as no lift....

The hotel is located walking distance from the city centre of Glasgow. The rooms and shared bathrooms are very clean and overall it's a nice guest house, except for the rude staff. Especially the two ladies who work in the morning when we went to get breakfast! Not good customer service at all.

Staff was friendly and helpful for local restaurants. Room was super clean with nice view across tree-lined street. Breakfast was good with good quantity. Walking distance to all kinds of night life (and not far from from city centre). Would come back in a heartbeat.

I made a cock up and booked us into a spa hotel for 3 nights instead of 4 so had to find somewhere on a Saturday night and I booked this. It is very much a B & B, we could hear the people on the 'phone next door, but our room at the front was immaculately clean, light, bright...

it was a stay for three nights. room was just OK but the treatment was very good. good breakfast and guidance and assistance for a good tour. A very comfortable feeling with free internet facility made the three days looked like a very short stay.
