We were impressed. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were spacious and breakfast was lovely. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Glasgow. This hotel would be perfect for a shopping trip.

This hotel is in DESPERATE need of a refurb. The room was the ugliest hotel room I think I've been in. That's apart from the first room I was given, which I promptly rejected. If I could have I would have left the millennium hotel and got something else (I did try). I booked well in advance and could have... More

Felt like student accommodation. Panels above bed are not properly closed and incredibly filthy inside. The kettle has seen better times. The bed is rolling away when you sit up. Would strongly advise against staying here.

Hotel was well presented, clean, staff were fantastic. We had a room at the back next to Queen St station, we could hear the trains leaving and the lady making the annoucements, but only just. It wasnt noisy at all, would definately go back, food was good. Reception and bar were lovely. Very pleased to have stayed there, thumbs up from... More

I've previously stayed here for a short city break and it's in the perfect location for the main shopping areas, restaurants, cinemas and theatres. It's also only a 10 minute walk to the Central railway station or a short taxi ride if you prefer. The hotel bedrooms and corridors still look as thought they could do with a lick of... More

It is inner city, big and old but has a spot on location right on Queen Street station. This is the entire resonance we booked the place and it served it's purpose. Rooms are spacious, functional and clean, though dated. Service is somewhat impersonal but professional. We like the fact that they take security seriously with card access lifts and... More

Treated my gran and granda to afternoon tea. I booked the deal on 5pm for £10 each which was a good deal. We were originally seated at the window so we could overlook George Square as it was a lovely day. However it was very warm and eventually we asked to be moved into the restaurant. The staff were happy... More

Had a lovely day here last Saturday for afternoon tea. Staff were great and nothing was a bother. we sat in the conservatory overlooking the Square. Great value, even with the glass of Prosecco. Will be back!
