The rooms are spacious with good lighting for reading and laptops. Nice table/desk. Nice washroom. The food was delicious, although the soup was too salty for my taste. the location is excellent as it is near Buchanan Street and Sauchiehall street. Learning how to use the lifts is a challenge Staff very pleasant
Returned this afternoon after a fantastic nights stay in the hotel. As we had already checked in online we got our key card from reception and we were ready to go. When we got in the lift we were a bit dumbfounded as to why it wouldn't let us pick the floor we needed, until we read the sign in the lift that told us to swipe our keycard to be able to pick a floor! Felt a bit silly, perhaps this could have been avoided by reception telling us this during check in as it's the first hotel we've stayed in where we've had to do this. Nevertheless we headed to the 12th floor and found our room quickly. Our room had both a double and a single bed, both beds incredibly comfortable and soft. Bathroom is a good size too. The room itself was spacious and overlooked the back of the Theatre Royal. Overall we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Would absolutely stay here again, the location is perfect for seeing a show or doing some shopping. Whilst we didn't have breakfast in the hotel it smelt so good and made me feel hungry! …
I stayed here in May for a two night business trip. Room on the 11th Floor ( great views beyond the city too) Room was nice and quiet and not too far from lifts but sleep guaranteed. Air con worked a treat but window also opened. Tea and coffee making available. Haridryer and loads of sockets. Room had a double bed and single bed so loads of room for one. Superb beds and bedding. adequate wardrobe was well appointed. TV good and working fine. Bathroom nice and towels fluffy. Had a shower (no bath but thats fine) Only critic was toilet door needed to be closed when moving from loo to sink. ( that is just me being ultra picky) and yes I leave the door open when I am by myself :-O. Breakfast room had a buzz. Plenty of choice and staff really helpful and nothing any trouble.
Had a fantastic overnight stay. Lovely new fresh hotel. Amazing breakfast and very friendly staff. Will definitely be booking again.Highly recommend.so close to everything shops restaurants entertainment.
The rooms are small with a bed, table and two chairs. The bathroom is a nice size with a modern shower. They do not have a luggage rack in the room so the suitcases had to stay on the floor. The wifi was free and very good. Normal basic breakfast was included in the price of our room. The location is pretty good where there are a lot of restaurants and pubs in the area. The staff was very nice and let me check in an hour early.
