Room was basic. Could have been cleaner. Bin wasnt emptied one day and no bag was in bin. Family room was quite small and beds placed in silly places and we ended moving them. Breakfast was amazing. Staff at breakfast are fab. Receptionist didnt speak clear english and couldn't understand us and some others. She seemed confused. We werent told...

I line this hotel due to its location. It's 10 minutes from town. The train station below can take you outside of the city. It's also in walking distance to the HYDRO Stadium. The breakfast is very good value if your traveling with kids, however a bit expensive for adults alone.

Brilliant deal. Clean. Quite and friendly staff. A little bit of a a walk from the main shopping area in Glasgow. But no great issue as there is a train station out side the hotel. Next to the motorway but did keep any of us awake. We all had a very good nights sleep. We didn't eat her. As we...

Handy location but the rooms are small, the rooms need a lick of paint and refurb and on our last two visits here the room only had one bath towel.Otherwise all to the usual premier inn standard.Car park adjacent a bit pricey.

Hi John Thanks for the review. I'm pleased you found the location handy & the majority of your stay was up to our usual standard. We do try to work on our rooms as often as possible to maintain a high standard so I'm really sorry you found your rooms dated. Although we don't have a refurb planned for the...

This hotel is a great location for going in to glasgow city centre and for the theatres. Right next to the Kings and about 1 mile form the Hydro and SSEC. Easy to get to as it's right next to the M8. Our room was large and clean with no noise from traffic. Parking can be expensive in the multistorey...

Stayed recently at Premier Inn Charing Cross , had dinner B&B rate. Dinner was really good quality and got a free drink with it all for £24 a head. Can't complain. Staff very nice , brought extra coffee sachets and ice bucket and ice on request within a short period.

When it comes to budget hotels the Premier Inn, Charing Cross, Glasgow is at the lower end of the scale. The three positives to this hotel are 1. The location - right beside Charing Cross Railway station and excellently positioned for the City Centre, SEC Hydro, and the pubs and clubs of Sauchiehall Street. The lapdancing club next door is...

Hi I'm really sorry to hear there were a few negatives to your stay with us. I'm pleased you found the rooms clean & spotless. With regards to the size, they're a bit smaller at than our standard, which is confirmed in the 'Important info' section when booking online. Although the rooms are insulated, I'm afraid a certain level of...
