Lovely staff. After realising we were booked on the 12th floor, the very nice lady on reception kindly relocated us to a lower room. I'm not one for heights so didn't really want the view! Our room was clean and comfortable as you would expect. The location was great. In the university area of the city so plenty bars to...

Stayed here again in April 2017 and was very impressed with the hotel. Provided great value for money. The staff were very friendly. Very easy to get to from the city centre too. The bar service was great too.

Next door to the Charing cross train St which takes you into town for less than £2 return. Not so easy to find as it's tucked away. Parking is in council multi storey car park.£24 for 2 nights parking. We never ate in premier Inn so can't comment on food. Had breakfast in bar across the road. There are 12...

We stayed three nights at Premier Inn (Charing Cross). It is in a very convenient location - walking distance from Central Station, right next to Charing Cross Station; the room was comfortable and clean with a wonderful view; the staff were courteous and friendly. Excellent value.

Over the years Premier Inn have really improved. The new rooms being rolled out are excellent. The old rooms are looking dated. This one doesn't have the new rooms...nor the old room...it has the old, old rooms. It's like staying in a Travelodge about 25 years ago. It's pretty bad. Sure it's clean, but it's not a nice place to...
