The West End location was excellent- very near to restaurants and nightlife but on a quiet street across the Botanic Gardens. The bedrooms were clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. A tea tray and biscuits was a nice extra!

This is a small hotel offering all the basics for your stay. The location is right next to the Botanical Gardens. Breakfast is made for you by lovely, caring personnel. Rooms are tidy and recently refurbished. Very quiet, pleasant place to stay.

Great location, clean rooms and excellent service from staff. The hotel is very close to the shops, Byres Road and Great Western Road. Plenty of places nearby for food, drinks and sightseeing. Would highly recommend.

Our room did not have air con, and given the age of the place I doubt if any of the rooms had it. However, with the rooms being so large and the ceilings very high, I doubt it would be really needed.
