My partner and I stayed at sandyford lodge hotel and were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel in general, the attentiveness of the staff and by the selection of cooked or continental items available at breakfast. The location was perfect too being only a short stroll from kelvingrove museum and the botanic gardens as well as being fairly central...

The Sandyford Lodge is a nice hotel with friendly staff. We had a spacious nice room with two good beds. A little disadvantage was that the beds were separated en could not be pushed together. But love conquers all problems. We could easely park our car close to the hotel for maximum 4 pounds per day.

Clean triple room and staff friendly but breakfast times were not good for a relaxing stay. On Sat and Sunday breakfast finishes at 9.15 so no lie in available !!! And weekdays finishes at 8.30 bit too early when on a leisure break and no alternative offered

Nice comfortable room with everything you need, bathroom a little on the small side but not the worst thing in the world. Lots of choice at breakfast and plenty of choice of other restaurants around if you fancy something different. Only a short walk from glasgow city centre so a prime location for an easy trip to glasgow.

I can report no faults with this hotel it was superb. My quadruple room was cosy, clean and spacious. The power shower was great. The bedding was of lovely quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice in morning and substantial. Location great for shopping or dining. Will definitely return.

Booked this B and B last minute for a work conference in Glasgow Location: Well situated in the Finnieston area in Glasgow. Lots of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants within short walking distance. Also well situated for the SECC and hydro which are within 15 minute walking distance. The city centre is also just about 15 minute walking distance Lodge/Building:...

Great friendly helpful staff, clean, warm comfy room. Good tasty breakfast. Bus services all close by to get to centre or SSE Hydro. Had lunch at Mother India Cafe which is tapas style eating but with Indian food, superb.

Hotel in a great location for restaurants, pubs etc. City centre a good 15 / 20 min stroll. Room was large enough for our stay, ensuite compact. Breakfast helpself for cereal, juices etc. You have to order your hot food. Standard scottish breakfast is sufficient. Breakfast is early, probably for those who are on business trips..

Great hotel - clean, spacious, helpful, great location and price. Reception is open 24 hours a day and they were extremely helpful when we consulted them about our plans for the day. Breakfast choices were good, and the food was hot and tasty. I would certainly stay again.
