Great location, very close to the university and kelvingrove gallery, easy access to the hop on hop off bus and short distance to the city centre. The staircase is a nightmare to get your suitcase up and there is no lift so stay on the bottom floor if you can. Staff are friendly and reception is open 24 hours. Breakfast...

The price is fair and location good. The room i had was functional but soulless - no little extras or any pictures on the walls. I was given a room four flights up which is not ideal with bags. I could hear normal level conversations from rooms across the hall - earplugs a requirement here! It seems like a basic...

We returned for another visit to the city and naturally opted for our favourite tried & trusted West End hotel. The staff are always extremely friendly & helpful. Rooms are spotless & comfortable. There was the added bonus of a new super duper power shower in room 6 to greet us this time. We've already booked 2 more weekends here...

Stayed here on 25th August for one night only but shall definitely be back. My single room at the rear of the building on the first floor was spacious, clean, warm, quiet and had everything I needed for my overnight stay. Everything looked fresh and tidy. All the staff I encountered were accommodating and very friendly – one of the...

Staff where very pleasant in particular the girls who served us breakfast ( which was delicious ) they where very attentive. Our bedroom was huge, clean and the beds...

The Heritage Hotel is located in the lively West End of Glasgow near the Botanical Gardens and the University. There are many shops, restaurants and night life in the area. Access to the hotel's entrance is strangely located on the roof top of the shops facing the street (Great Western Way) and is reached only by walking a short way...

Small, clean, comfortable hotel. Quality carpets, towels & curtains for a hotel of the star rating. Very clean for an older building. Recently been refurbished. Ian and staff are more than helpful, nothing a problem! Convenient for transport & up-market wine bars/restaurants & pubs of the "WEST END". Breakfast of a good standard with plenty of cooked choice. I have...

Pleased with this hotel good value centrally located and clean. Staff friendly and welcoming. Room was a very large size with chairs sat in a bay window so comfortable to relax in and watch the world go by. Some issues I noticed which others may need to consider. Most rooms are up stairs and no lift (don't know how helpful...

We stayed here for the last weekend of the Commonwealth Games and we thought it was an absolute bargain given some of the prices we'd been quoted elsewhere! We ordered a twin room and got a huge triple, had free wifi, tea and Scottish shortbread, and the breakfast was included and really generous - they'd cook you whatever you wanted...

TERRIBLE! Resembled a hostel rather than a hotel, and quite removed from the city centre. The money saved on the room was definitely outweighed by the money spent on taxis to the centre. Dirty cramped bathroom and old style décor.
