5* 10/10 service....magnificent hotel, not only is this a beautiful hotel in a perfect location...the staff could not have been friendlier and more welcoming. Scott at reception in particular was fantastic he was extremely helpful and a great ambassador of the hotel and IHG in particular. We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Upon arrival, Felix welcomed us and once he learned about our plan to visit the Highlands the next day, he gave us free vouchers to visit Glengoyne Whisky distillery and other coupons to a couple of attractions in Glasgow. The room was fairly large and clean. The only reason that I gave...

Delighted to find this rather individual hotel in the centre of Glasgow. Very pleasant, spacious atmosphere with excellent facilities. All the staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good – with a wide choice of home-made food. The porridge and home-made bread were especially good and they were always willing to bring things not on the menu. Our...

The hotel is very good. It's placing in a central part of the city. Rooms are comfortable, big and clean. The main problem is a parking. There is a public parking afront of hotel. But very expensive. It's regular deL for UK's hotels

Hi Victor B, Thanks for the review, it is always encouraging for the team to read such positive feedback from our guests. As you can imagine, space is at a premium in the city centre and car parking is slightly more expensive than further out, we have however, secured a 25% discount from the adjacent QPark, which does make the...

Everything about this place is great. Really friendly reception, comfortable rooms, good breakfast with friendly service, good bar, good gym, everything clean and tidy. The rooms are well appointed with free WiFi, complementary coffee, tea, soft drinks and snacks, ironing board, good cupboard space, nice shower etc. Comfortable bed, completely quiet, despite City Centre location (it's right by Central Station)....

We had a voucher for two courses and there was a choice of three/four things for each course. The food was great and the fish cakes were very tasty! tho the service was pretty slow and the restaurant wasn't overly busy. I was sitting at the window and it was really cold. I'll wear a cardigan next time! 😂

An excellent hotel in very close proximity to all that Glasgow city centre has to offer. Staff throughout the hotel were very pleasant and attentive to all our needs. Our room, although perhaps on the smallish side had two beds, which I may add were very comfortable indeed, The bathroom was more than adequate in size, with a walk in...
