Amazing staff and a wonderful hotel! Loved being there! The staff is so uber nice! Great location, great food, fitness center, the bar is so cute and they make amazing cocktails! Many pubs and restaurants in walking distance.

Stayed here for a night with work and was a good business stopover. Check-in and check-out were swift and efficient. The room was a bit on the older side but very clean and a comfortable bed. Bar staff were friendly and it was s relaxed atmosphere there for a night cap. Breakfast was average. Nothing to write home about. Overall a decent place to stay when on business in Glasgow. I would return and recommend.

We had to ask twice for towels for 2 people. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Air conditioning does not work. Had to open windows. Tv will not advance loud enough to be heard without sitting under it. Restaurant was OK, but you have to place order at bar. Can't get waitress to table. Breakfast was OK. Probably would not stay here again.

We pride ourselves on being warm and welcoming and I'm sorry this was not the impression we made on you. Your comments about the bedroom TV, housekeeping, restaurant service and breakfast offering have been taken on board and will be discussed as we look to continually improve our service. To avoid any confusion we do not have air conditioning in our bedrooms and while we do recommend opening the windows there is also a fan in every room. The Novotel is very well placed if you need to be at the Sauchihall street end of Glasgow city centre. It has a nice bar and the bar staff could not have been friendlier. Drinks not the cheapest but I have paid more else where. The food at the bar was nice if again on the expensive side. Morning breakfast was lovely with a good selection. The room (507) was spacious with a nice bed. The bathroom was a huge let down. The toilet (Cupboard the space is tiny) is sperate from the main bathroom and you cannot wash your hands in that room so have to handle doors handles to get to a sink. Not even slightly hygienic. The toilet its self is high on the wall (I'm 6 foot and felt it to high) When we arrived I found a half drunk bottle of water left in the fridge. When I complained to reception I was brushed off by the man there at the time when I raised concerns the room may not have been clean correctly. The room was an executive room we had been upgraded. I wouldn't book it and don't really want to see the standard room after it. It was also difficult cool the room down…

Really friendly employees and helpful. Straight into carpark and onto a charger! Windows you can open and heating you can turn off! Very comfortable. Breakfast was great too. It’s ideally positioned for central Glasgow and right across road from good bars and restaurants
