We had another wonderful stay at The Crowne Plaza, Glasgow. My partner has progressive MS, he is over 6 feet tall and has a large electric wheelchair and the rooms can accommodate all his equipment comfortably and supply a room for his PA. We have looked into a lot of hotels in city centre and at airport and none accommodate...

The Crowne Plaza is my preferred hotel when on business in Glasgow. It's a short cab ride from the CBD or - if time and weather are favourable - a nice riverside walk after or before a day indoors. The great advantage is the quiet location; a good night's sleep is guaranteed. The rooms have been pleasantly refurbished. I was...

I stayed only a couple of nights for work. I am a Spire Elite Ambassador and was upgraded to a suite with club lounge access. Bearing in mind only the week before I had stayed in the Intercontinental Malta where there was reluctant upgrading and no club lounge access I was expecting nothing from cp glasgow and ended up overwhelmed...

The hotel it's self is modern, great views from the room. Staff very friendly. Location is about a 30 minute walk to the city centre. It will cost you roughly £7.00 by taxi which conveniently there is always one available outside of the hotel.

I'm up in Glasgow for work a lot these days and I usually stay here because it's near the office. It's one of those hotels which is big, anonymous and very comfortable. But if it's charm you're after you need to stay somewhere else. This is where you stay on business. It's about efficiency and the numbers. Mind you, the...

Impressed with the layout of the hotel, the bar and lobby which were light and airy. we ate dinner at the bar - kids 2 course meal free when adults dining off main menu (normally £5). quite impressed with the quality. daughter loved the...

If you can't open the room window then the AC needs to be decent. Unfortunately in my room it sounded like a plane taking off and wasn't very effective. I stuffed some ear plugs in which managed to block out the sound of the lift trundling up and down but not the air con wheezing away. The end was result...

We had a room on the 14th floor with a great view across the city. Large comfortable room with everything you could need, HUGE bed! Only small cripe is the room in the shower, the disabled handrail is very close to the shower so doesn't give a lot of room. We attended a large event in the Argyll suite and...

Stayed here in April 17 for two nights for work. Although the hotel is a little out of the city centre, it's only about £5 in a cab, or a 30 min walk to the West End (worth a visit) Staff were nice, room was excellent and overall I was quite impressed. The spa needs a refurb, but the pool...

Stayed here for 4 days while attending a conference. In terms of location, the hotel was perfect as it is part of the conference centre. The room was a bit small and had unnecessary pieces of furniture which made it crowded. The luggage rack was in front of the fridge so if you wanted to use it, you couldn't use...
