Having stayed at Mercure Nottingham in the past which was of high standard and qaulity, this place fell short of the mark, its borderline of a 3 star hotel. The alarms bells for me started ringing when I noticed the doors of the rooms where quite narrow as I approached my room. And this is generally a good indicator that...

We were looking for a hotel in the city for overnight. This hotel was an ideal location. I would say the room was on the small side which wasn't really a problem to us but maybe to others it would be. The beds were very comfortable and the linen, towels etc good quality. Every one of the staff we came...

Very well positioned to enjoy the sights of Glasgow. Within walking distance of most everywhere I needed to get friendly staff. Rooms need a little attention especially the bathrooms and decor but one of the best showers in any hotel I've used. Will be back again and recommend to friends and work colleges to use.

Decent place, warm room, very quiet compared to other hotels in the area, like the tunnocks decorated place. Good cooked breakfast. Polite helpful staff. Front looks smart and modern, but actual hotel and rooms is a little tired and could do with modernisation. Heating was noisy, but only for 5 minutes as it cooled down. Would stay here again.

The location is fantastic and the small hotel car park is only £7 per day which is amazing for the location. The staff are super friendly and will do anything to help. The hotel has a nice bar area looking out onto a busy shopping street so great for people watching. Unfortunately the hotel rooms are tiny and badly needing...

I stay here regularly on business. The conference facilities are good and the staff are magnificent. Sadly the car park is a bit of a dump and small owing to the city centre location. The rooms are ok, but starting to look tired and could probably do with modernisation.

Hi PierreMalmaison, Thanks for the review and great to hear you found the team here magnificent. The car park is a piece of land where a building used to be so it is a little scruffy, it is as safe and secure as a car park in the city centre can be though and is 60% cheaper than the local...

The hotel is very close to Glasgow Central, Queen Street and Argyle Street stations and basically accessible from any of the stations by a max of 10 min walk. The outside is very nice and the staff are helpful and professional. The location of the hotel is good for shopping, the shops are at your door steps the moment you...
