What an amazing B&B. I was a little apprehensive before we arrived as we had a disappointing experience with the hotel that we had chosen in Edinburgh. However, as soon as we arrived any concerns or doubts were soon extinguished. Lorraine has established an absolutely amazing B&B, that she obviously takes a lot of pride in. Her personality, friendliness and attention to detail made our stay here one of the best we have ever had in a B&B. We stayed in Heather Room on the top floor, a lot of stairs to get there but once there, Wow! An immaculately furnished spacious room, that’s more like a suite, with a stunning bathroom to match. Tea, coffee, chocolate, biscuits with a supply of fresh milk and water in the fridge downstairs and a view of the car parked in the free parking spaces at the back. I was unsure as to how I would feel about breakfast served in our room, but once again I needn’t have worried as Lorraine has everything down to a tee. You choose what you would like the day before and the choice is fab. Lorraine would then deliver it to your door. We had OJ, Coffee, Yoghurt with fresh fruit and Muesli, followed by Scrambled Eggs, Mushrooms, Spinach, Tomatoes and Toast all cooked to perfection. To add to the excellence of this place it is situated on the edge of the city and close to the west end and so there are plenty to places to grab a meal or just a drink. All in all, we could not have wished for a better place to stay in Glasgow. Thank you, Lorraine (and Otis) for making our stay so perfect.

Lorraine has established a stunning place to stay and, coupled with her attentive hospitality it really was the best experience. It ran like clockwork due to Lorraine’s organisational skills and the quirky finishing touches in each room made us all smile. The beds are soooo comfy!! We will certainly be back! Ideal location for the Ovo Hydro and the shops and easily accessible from the M8.

The reviews can't be wrong, this place is amazing. We stayed in the CRM, Charles Rennie Mackintosh room and words can't describe how wonderful it was. A huge room with large windows that looked over the park. Everything was very clean and Loraine, the owner, went above and beyond to make this a special trip. Breakfast was served in the room. You order the night before and she brings it to the room in the morning. Very easy and convenient. WiFi was very good. They do have parking in the back. You have to let her know ahead of time that you need parking. Parking is available in the front, on the street, but it is very regulated. This is a great area for walking and not that far from the main shopping area. Would love to come back someday. Can't praise it enough.

Beautiful and spacious room . Spa like bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub. Separate area with tv and sofa Very quiet, faces a neighborhood park. Lorraine takes excellent care of her guests. Gorgeous breakfast served in your room. Small table by window to enjoy your meal. Immaculately clean. Modern interior. - There is sitting room downstairs for guests with lots of info about the area.

15Glasgow is a lovely B&B in the leafy west end of the city. We stayed for several nights in the CRM room, which is huge. We briefly looked in several of the other rooms and all look to be spacious - if we come back I think we'd pick one of the other rooms to try to have less street noise (cars and pedestrians) - it's not a busy street but noise travels easily through the large windows, and the CRM room is the closest to the street of all 5 rooms in the B&B. Apart from that sleep quality was good. The bathroom was also good, and breakfasts were excellent. Each of the 5 rooms has to pick a breakfast time slot the day before, and there was a little bit of competition to get the 0800 slot (the earliest possible) but I appreciate it's not feasible to serve 5 sets of guests all at once. Be sure to bring some slippers or house-shoes, as outdoors shoes cannot be worn past the entry hall. Overall, the B&B did feel a bit "regimented" as some other reviewers have also remarked, but we enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay at 15Glasgow again.

What a great find. Lorraine was a fabulous host and nothing was too much trouble. The room (Tartan) was elegant, luxurious and really comfortable and we slept really well. The whole place was spotless. Breakfast was delicious (I recommend the porridge). I wished we could have stayed longer. Glasgow was great. We came for the cycling but also visited the art gallery, the cinema, the Science Centre, The Radisson Rooftop plus other bars and some of the best restaurants I’ve been too (Fanny Trollopes, Ox and Finch and Number Sixteen). Found a great spot for lunch near the Gallery (The Brunch Club). The people in Glasgow were all so friendly and welcoming and we are looking forward to visiting again in the future.

The blue room we stayed in is spacious and cosy. Everything is neat and tidy. Thank you for the house rule to take off shoes and put on slippers which made our stay even more pleasant. And above all, Lorraine is absolutely friendly and open hearted. She did her best to let us have such a great stay. Thank you for everything!!! What a gorgeous and luxurious place to stay on our honeymoon! Our time here was magical and really added something special to our trip! Lorraine is the best host—super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! And she made us the best breakfasts we had on our trip! Every detail of our room was also clearly so purposeful and thought out, making for a gorgeous and seamless aesthetic. Highly recommended!!!

The room was spacious with high ceilings. The property was well maintained being recently (?) carpeted (remove shoes at the door). There is paid parking across and along the street and a private lot to the rear. The hostess was attentive. Our room was large with full sofa in front of the TV. Breakfast was served per our order in our room which looked out over Woodside Place and a park across the street. The property is convenient to West Side attractions including the Kellingrove Art Museum (recommended!). There was a multicultural festival in a nearby park which celebrated the mix of Scottish / South Asian / Indian cultures. Our time prevented us from seeing more of the city, but I recommend Glasgow as an up and coming cultural spot in Scotland.

Lovely suite a great upgrade and such a comfortable huge bed with great linen. Only one bath towel though would have preferred two to be honest. No water provided in the room which would have been nice instead of having to go down three floors to the help yourself fridge but that was a very minor point. Slippers only was a bit strange but must respect the owners wishes there. Very quiet place with little to no street noise and no buildings overlooking just the lovely green park hard to realise you were in a busy city. Found the manager/owner a little brusque. No hanging about in the morning prompt at 10am knocking on the door to bring bags down which while most helpful indeed ,felt slighted pushed out! No matter. Wasn’t a huge fan of the full Scottish breakfast . Found the quality very average with only one slice of toast all butter jam on the smaller side everything very moderate as opposed to generous. Appreciate they need to make a profit but at £85 pp per night it’s not the cheapest stay. In saying that it’s a beautiful home very peaceful and calm.
