Absolutely beyond a joke, constantly burning holes in the back of your head to see if there is alcohol ! Not allowed to drink soft drinks from 'plastic cups' incase there is alcohol! Not allowed to go out several times, even for air or you won't be allowed back in ! Their attitude absolutely stinks to guests ! Make everyone...

Had my great nephews christening here, never use them again. Quoted us a price then changed it. Then said we'll give you that price but we'll have to reduce the buffet! Paid extra for buffet,Ordered dinosaur shapes and smiley faces, none supplied they said we've given you wedges instead! Buffet ran out. Asked for more, gave us pakora ,onion rings,...

I contacted the Fullarton Park Hotel on the recommendation of a friend as the initial venue I had booked for our daughter's christening had a limit on the children they allowed and as it was a christening we exceeded the limit so moved it here after discussing at length both in person and on the telephone that this venue would...

The venue seemed ok when we booked it but we were very disappointed to find the disabled access was actually a narrow fire escape that two different wheelchairs couldn't fit through despite being assured it had full disabled access. To make matters worse a staff member suggested the quadriplegic and paraplegic guests could just walk a little bit to gain...

We stayed two nights with a baby. The rooms we quite good, relatively recently renovated. Weird system with the water in the bathroom and quite prone to flooding. The hotel is not in a great area but is near a good bus route to town. The staff were generally friendly and helpful with the exception of one surly staff member...

Dirty room, beds with white patches , highly possible of human nature :), dirty bathroom, human hair everywhere. None of the electrical apliances was working. Never going back there, I am sure you can get better deals for 70£ a night stay anywhere

Stayed for only one night thankfully, while on a business trip. TV didn't work which was frustrating, but not the end of the world. Constant noise from fans on roof outside the window, kept me awake most of the night. Decor was poor and amateur DIY job, which was a shame as the room had some nice period features, which...

Quick whistlestop tour, so only there overnight, hence did not experience the venue a huge amount. However, adequate for our needs for an overnighter for a football trip. But what I was most impressed with was the service and helpfulness of one particular member of staff working behind the bar. Her name was Tina and she went out of her...

Booked 2 nights while attending Davis Cup at Emirates Arena which is only 30 minute walk away. Ample parking a rear of building. Check in is done in bar which is very noisy at weekends and difficult to here anything. Double room with ensuite appeared to be nice on first impressions. Decoration looked quite recent. Television screen was size of...

Stayed here in April and most likely won't again. We survived obviously, but it wasn't an enjoyable experience. We were expecting very basic accommodation because of the cheap price but a few things happened that mean I won't be rushing back. - booked a double room with bathroom but there was some confusion. Hotel contacted us a while after booking...
