Booked through Venere.com. Paid over the odds as during Commonwealth Games. Studio was cleanish but poorly/cheaply furnished - broken mirror/light bulbs not replaced. No 3rd bed as booked but staff found one - discovered later from someone else s room - they came back to find bed had vanished! Initially couldn't find apartments as no mention of Beresford Building on...

When I stayed here the new management had just taken over and they were very accommodating and friendly. Great value for money and would definitely use again :-) the manager was very helpful and service was second to none. This is not a super fancy spa hotel but an apartment on sauchiehall street. I expected a lot less for the...

I would rate this zero of there was the option! Check my other reviews, I am a very fair reviewer. Where to start? Please check out my photos as they say it all. In fact, I am so appalled at these 'Award Winning Luxury apartments' that I am taking this up with Glasgow City Council, as I would hate for...

myself and 2 friends were due to stay here on Thursday 20th February (tomorrow) and were told last night that the apartments were closed for maintenance. They also cannot offer us a suitable alternative and their only suggestion was 1 friend stay in 1 apartment block and then the other 2 stay in another apartment block! This is not a...

Horrific … We where booked in here for one night 1/2/2014 2 adults and 2 children. This place really is a biohazard, holes in the walls , broken electrics, empty tampax boxes wrapped up in a stained quilt in a cupboard in one of the rooms. The door had been kicked in at some point and repaired by stuffing the...

No one was available at reception. Called the mobile number provided on the door and no one picked up. Eventually gave up and booked at a neighbouring hotel. Shocking, I don't know how they are still in business. No explanation, no refund, NOTHING! Take heed of the majority of bad reviews and stay elsewhere.

Arrived in Glasgow at 6pm and were unable to get in the building, no-one around to help us find the keys to get into the appartment we had rented for a night. Eventually we were taken into a small building/restaurant where we were told we could collect the keys and the man asked me how old I was. I stated...
