Lovely bed and breakfast within 5 minutes of St. Andrews. Hosts are friendly and offered helpful advice on attractions and how to get there. Full breakfast was a super way to start the day... fresh and served promptly.

A nice homely BB with great views across the estuary. Lovely welcome from Yvonne and Douglas. Would echo previous comments about the breakfast - quality ingredients, well-cooked. Only spent one night but hope to return in the future.

We stayed at this B&B for 3 nights (26 February to 01 March 2017) whilst on a Golfing Holiday in St Andrews. It was my first time at this property, however a number of the golfing party which I was with had stayed here many times before. This property was very warm and was like a home from home. The...

Great view over the estuary and plenty of seats in the garden to sit out. Very clean and plenty of storage space, and two comfortable chairs in room we stayed in. Breakfast very good and freshly cooked. Not too far out of St Andrews. We had a very good evening meal at the Guardmans Inn just down the road.

The portions for breakfast were huge and their hospitality warm and kind. We secured two rooms with twin beds in each. The rooms were decent sized...although the...

This is a very clean, convenient good value B&B on the outskirts of St Andrews. We were a group of 6 and were able to get around the area by taxi from here with no delays. Breakfast was really tasty and the service was exemplary

We stayed here as a family of four and the layout is perfect with two ensuite rooms sharing a front door. Much better than four in a room as offered by most hotels. The rooms are clean, tidy and well equipped with tea/coffee making items and big fluffy towels. Lots of hot water and great views. Best of all is...

Lovely location backing on to the river estuary. We had a great room with dual aspect views. Douglas & Yvonne couldn't do enough to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We had trouble with the ensuite shower, we spoke to Douglas who came straight away to look at the problem, saying he would sort it while we were out....
