We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very busy so we decided to get a light breakfast in the city. We used the bar and the nice swimming pool. The hotel is a 5 to10 minute stroll to the railway station and the tram stop. We used the tram which was a very fast and comfortable journey into the...

Thank you to Darren on reception for all his help with checking in so early in the morning. Hotel is beautiful and less than 15 minutes from the airport and city centre. Get the one day pass for £4 to get in an out as much as you want. Ask for a room not facing the tram as it can...

The hotel is located on the now working tram link from Edinburgh Airport and the city centre. This is important as the road system in and out of the centre and the airport can be totally grid locked. The hotel itself has a modern, airy design with good restaurant and rooms. The staff are excellent and do all they can...

Had an overnight stay visiting my daughter who stays 10 mins from this hotel. This hotel is easily accessible from the motorway and handy for airport and also bus and tram links into the central of Edinburgh, Room overlooked the tram line, but was clean and surprisingly very quiet at night, The trams run regularly into central Edinburgh for sightseeing...

We used this hotel for an overnight stay for an early flight to JFK. As an airport hotel i din;t have much expectation and so did very little research. Therefore what a lovely surprise by the location (its on the tram and train line), surroundings, and hotel itself. The reception was roomy and welcoming which led onto a modern style...

This hotel is fine for a one night stay. It is close to the airport and the tram stop is right there so it is very convenient to get to the airport. I just found it a little dingy and think it has been used hard as airport hotels tend to be. There is no tub - - just a...

Perfectly located for commuting into city centre with both train station and tram stop just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Staff friendly and very helpful if you need info on best way to get to places. Rooms very clean and well appointed.. Although they are very warm with little ventilation. This would be only criticism. Breakfast very good...

“Central heating was not working at all. This was reported to reception but nothing happened. This made the room very hot at night (2 night stay) and made sleep difficult. I have stayed at this hotel many times before and have noticed a decline in standards of hygiene in rooms and bathrooms. Some need cleaned better, others need to be properly maintained.”
