We had a wonderful stay at Albyn Townhouse over the Easter Weekend. The building was beautifully decorated both inside and out with lots of homemade touches. The room was very clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed and a little seating area. You couldn't hear any other guests even though it was full! Breakfasts were great too with a...

WOOOOOWWWWWWW...thank you for your cleanliness and your decor. It was such a pleasure to stay at your guesthouse. Room at the top of the stairs overlooking the car park - forgotten the number - but that's the one to have. Quiet and beautiful. Yes the school is there in the morning but nothing major to deal with. it is within...

We really enjoyed our stay at Albyn Townhouse. We were greeted by Lydie and David who are welcoming, friendly hosts that made us feel like home. The house is lovely, you can see the personality of the hosts in the decor, and the location is great, only a short walk from the Edinburgh Castle. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of...

Lydie and David are very friendly, helpful hosts - nothing is too much trouble. The bedrooms are spacious and well equipped, the breakfasts are out of this world - loads of choice and very well cooked (my husband said it...

Well what can I say other than amazing. First off we arrived and were greeted by Lydie and she was really friendly and helpful and really went out of her way to give us information about edinburgh. We were a party of four up for the rugby. So her husband David had already printed out a map to get to...

Very cute townhouse B&B, full of interesting little features and rooms done to a very high standard. Lovely hosts and a great breakfast selection. Good location if you are happy walking, 20 minutes in to town but is across nice parkland. Would recommend without hesitation.
