Pam and Keith were very helpful and a good laugh, the rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was lovely. In a nice area of Edinburgh with easy access to city centre by either a pleasent walk along canal or by bus. Thanks Geoff and Pam, I highly recommend this guest house.

Thank you very much, Pamela and Keith! I much enjoyed my stay at your Guest House. It's a house with a nice victorian atmosphere. I loved the great Scotisch breakfast. This was a romantic birthday trip away for my girlfriend (and I), and I spent considerable time looking for some accommodation that wasn't (a) horribly expensive, (b) in a reasonable location, and (c) included breakfast. The Lindsay Guest House came up trumps - great location by the canal (a 20-minute walk into town), a cracking, option-filled breakfast (eggs however you...

Stayed for two nights for a conference at Corn Exchange. From start to finish it was a pleasure to stay here. There was nothing I could criticise. Rooms were spacious and spotless and every little detail had been thought of. Food was excellent, plenty of it and loads of choice. We got the feeling that nothing was too much trouble....

With a busy and nerve racking weeks work ahead of us it was great to find our hosts so warm and supportive. The breakfast was fresh, really varied and there was as much of it as you could possibly eat! A great start to the day. The rooms being comfortable, quite and clean made it very easy to sleep. The...
