Stayed here last weekend, on a short weekend to see edinburgh christmas markets, ideal location for getting into city, no need to take car as bus right outside and very frequent. Very clean , comfortable and cosy. Very warm welcome, very informative hosts, overall great experience and slept like a log

We were booked here when our reservation at another B&B was canceled. I think we were fortunate this happened. Spent three nights and enjoyed our stay; great hosts, quiet location, beautiful facility, good breakfast and good bus connections. We look forward to visiting again.

Thank you for kindly taking the time to review. We are pleased that you thought the Guest House was nice. Room 1 is as you say the only room that is close to the owners accommodation. Many guests request this room as it is very quiet and faces to the rear although we do appreciate that some noise may be... More

I have spent 2 nights at the Lindsay with my son and we loved the homely feel of this guesthouse.
