This B&B is conveniently located and easy to find from the airport. It is located next to a walking trail that takes you directly into Edinburgh. The walk takes about 20 minutes on a tree lined trail and well lit trail. The staff was friendly. The bar had great beers and excellent food. There were a couple local characters, Brian...

We stayed for two nights in room 6. Room was nice but quite small - with two suitcases the floor space was crowded. Nice bathroom which had obviously been refurbished recently. Breakfast was great as well. Our biggest issue was noise - the road noise was very much audible and the walls are thin - we could have done without...

Stayed at the Victoria Park Hotel 8 to 12 June 2015 and would heartily recommend it to anyone. All the staff were absolutely fabulous from the bar service to waitresses to head chef Craig who cooked our breakfast for 7am as had early flight on last day. Transport links into Edinburgh were on the doorstep so did not have far...

The hotel is located on a very busy main road into the centre of the city, as well as other locations. So, if you're travelling by car it is an ideal place to stay as there is plenty of parking nearby. If you don't have a car, the bus links are brilliant. The hotel itself (seems to me anyway) is...

My boyfriend and I checked in after a long morning of traveling and were immediately accommodated. The staff went above and beyond helping us with a booking issue through a different website. The provided breakfast was delicious and fresh. Cooked to serve. The room was very comfortable with a great view. We were not able to take advantage if the...

Thank you to all who were involved in helping make our Wedding day perfect. Particularly Maria who was incredibly helpful in the build up to and on the day. A very professional hard working individual. Everything went to plan despite a very busy weekend for the team. (2 weddings and a christening). The hotel was well maintained and the honeymoon...

Took a two day trip away from the hullabaloo of a busy life and have to say, this hotel shone for its friendly staff and service and this venue didn't disappoint, in fact the only things I could criticize it for is there wasn't a soap dish in the new shower! and possibly secondary double glazing to lessen the road...

Booked this on the journey from Inverness to Edinburgh when deciding to break up our journey. The photos make it look super nice.....and it's not bad... it's just maybe not as super nice as the photos make it look. Quite small rooms. Nicely decorated, clean bathroom, really friendly staff and good value for money. My boyfriend left his coat there,...

Small ran hotel with 10 bedrooms. Rooms were clean as was the rest of the hotel. The hotel has a lovely bar and the food is great. The hotels location is the Leith District just a 10 minute bus ride to Princess and it was £1.50 for any journey. But stop only a few metres from outside the hotel. Staff...

We had our Wedding here on Fri, with everything being brilliant. Both our meals and buffet food where not only tasty, but served on time with generous portions and friendly waiting staff. Disco at night was well organised too with the DJ being very helpful and accommodating towards our wishes. Rooms are not only comfortable, but nice as well! We...
