We stayed here for 1 night on 21/01/2017, we were greeted by Rita, she was lively and helped with a difficult request for our rooms but nothing was an issue. You can smell the cleanliness of the hotel as you walk through the corridors, and into the room. We travelled with 4 adults and 2 children. The beds made up...

Stayed for one night which was ok except for the lift not working which was not ideal as we were on 3rd floor. Was not aware of this before we arrived. Don't normally bother about such things but my wife's health condition means stairs are a problem.

Had a 2 night stay between Christmas and New Year. Good setting. Bus stop outside for bus into centre of City. Car park spacious and free. Few restaurants nearby and an Asda 2 minutes walk away. However that's where the good points end! The lift was still not working when we checked in. From reviews on here it had been...

The hotel is in a great location for exploring Leith or Edinburgh. Ask for a room overlooking the harbour for great views with the Forth rail bridge in the distance. Regular bus outside the hotel to Edinburgh or if your prefer about a 30 minute walk. Leith is about 15 minutes walk with lots of great pubs. Enjoy!

Great location away from the town centre with views across the Firth of Forth. Rooms clean...comfortable (especially the beds)..and the bathroom was better equiped than many four star+ hotels. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room very welcome after venturing outside. All the staff from the reception team up to the manager very professional. Special mention must go out...

We stayed here in January for a couple night, very clean hotel with a fantastic view of the harbour. The restaurant was great for food and breakfast. Very great service in both restaurant and hotel, we are pleased with the value.
