Claremont House is in a perfect location, close to everything but very quiet. Very clean, a wonderful fresh breakfast. Just a perfect place to stay whilst visiting Edinburgh- The decor is just amazing and gives one the feeling of being royalty. We just loved the Claremont House and their owners just so helpful!

A fine 19th century villa, in the quiet and refined conservation area of The Grange, Edinburgh, provides a sumptuous B&B within easy reach of the city centre. This part of South Edinburgh is full of beautiful, detached properties and leafy avenues - near to main routes yet free from traffic. The owners of Claremont House share their beautiful home with...

We stayed in the room at the top floor. It's very charming and has a nice view. The bathroom is large and beautiful. Our host, Gill, was very helpfull and made us feel welcome. She had great recommendations for restaurants. Breakfast was tasteful and delicious, and there's no doubt that she enjoys having B&B guests.

We were looking for a nice b&b for a few nights away, but we were blown away by the house. The room was beautifully furnished and sumptuously opulent, the photos my do it justice. Our hosts were great, friendly and accommodating. We'd highly recommend and will definitely be staying next time we're in Edinburgh.

A wonderful 2 nights to finish up our honeymoon in Scotland. The room was enormous, the bathroom luxurious and our hosts helpful and thoughtful. Champagne to celebrate, a huge and delicious breakfast each morning and a safe, leafy street to park - we truly couldn't have asked for more. If you're ever in Edinburgh, this is the place to stay!
