Read a lot of reviews on AmarAgua before reservation. It feels even better then what I expected for. Kuan and Lucia are so nice and helpfull to us. Just ask them anything you want to know about local stuff. They are doing very well. Nice weekend for the 1st May holiday.

Fantastic accomodation and hosts. Much nicer than a Welsh donky shed. You were robbed on 4 in a bed by a bitter loser and her castrated husband,. Great value for a city centre location. Superb breakfast provided by Genuine people

A wonderful stay in Edinburgh! Amar Agua is in a perfect location, close to the royal mile and good eats. The room was comfortable, clean, and cute! Dawn-Ann and Tony were so sweet, and amazing breakfast. They packed us a go away breakfast for 2 of the days we left early. I would recommend this B&B to anyone and would...

We stayed at the Amar Agua for my birthday week and what a lovely B&B. It's near enough so that you can walk into Edinburgh and on the main bus routes so you only need to walk a little way and can get a bus (£4.00 ticket lothian bus on and off all day ticket, good value) The good thing...

We stayed at Amar Agua for 4 nights and had a wonderful stay. The room (3) we stayed in was clean and well furnished, the bathroom was a good size for a guest house and the bed was comfortable. The shower pressure was a little weak but that's because it is not a power shower like we are used to....

We stayed from 22nd October to 24th October. We were very impressed with the room, very clean with a touch of opulence in the form of a very comfortable four poster bed. Our room was at the very top of the house and had a beautiful outlook onto Arthur's Seat and the location, although just off a main road, was...

Stayed at AmarAgua for two nights beginning Sept. 12 in a beautiful room on the top floor with a clear view of Arthur's Seat. Dropped off our bags after our early morning arrival in Edinburgh and were oriented to the city by our hosts. Took the bus back to the town center and were on our way to Edinburgh Castle....

Traveled with my twenty-something niece and nephew and stayed 3 nights at Amar Agua. Lovely place with excellent breakfast. Location was a bit out of city centre which meant bus, uber or taxi to get there. If traveling with younger set I might chose to stay in walking distance of centre. Also, no lift so be prepared if you're on...

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately the rooms which you had chosen were situated on our top floor and as we are a Victorian House built in 1882, obviously we are unable to have a lift. We are 1.5miles from the city centre, but all of this information is CLEARLY stated on our website for guests to see before they...
