Stayed 2 nights here, good location, easy reach to Edinburgh attractions. Very outdated furnishings. They gave us a tiny room that probably is for one person as a double. There was no space to move with the tiniest bathroom I have ever seen..........really felt like giants in a dollhouse!! Food was reasonable with some choice.Bread was very cheap. And the internet is dead...

Husband and I were extremely disapointed...we thought we were booking a nice 4 star B&B!! We booked a "Double" room for our three night stay, but in fact was given a tiny room designed for single occupancy with a double bed squashed into it. The room was very old and dated...nothing like their proper double rooms, nor like the photos...

Just returned from two more weekend stays at the Craigmoss on both sides of a touring vacation. Everything was just as perfect as last year: warm, friendly welcome; lovely, clean and comfortable rooms; wonderful amenties; and absolutely fabulous breakfast! The B&B is in a great neighborhood location, less than 10 minute walk from city centre (and/or with very reliable bus...

Wish I had read trip advisor before I went. We (2 adults 2 kids) stayed in the McDonald Road self catering apartment. There were many inaccuarcies on the web site. Eg there were 2 bathrooms but only one was ensuite, there wasn't a phone, cable tv, 2 doube sofa beds in lounge, or an outdoor play area. All toiletries were...

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the room was everything we needed and the walk into town is both short and pleasant. Plenty to see and do in Edinburgh, we particularly recommend the Zoo - unmissable! There is also an excellent range of DVDs available for when you fancy a cosy night in. Really enjoyed the breakfast! My husband and I would recommend...

My wife and I have just returned from a three-night stay at this first class B&B. Our hosts, Isabelle & Harry were most welcoming. Room was nicely appointed and clean with tea & coffee making facilities and a good en-suite bathroom. The breakfasts were superb which put us in fine fettle for our jaunts aroound galleries and the city. We...

2 nights in Edinburgh for a course courtesy of my work - very accommodating guesthouse, lovely quiet room, delicious breakfasts - a million times better than a bland travellodge! Will stay again next time I'm summoned to the city.
