Very close to all the main attractions in Edinburgh. Extremely close to the Rabbies tour pick up and drop off. Reasonably priced. Large rooms. Clean bathrooms. Kind of hard to locate as it is off the main Princess street and sort of in an alley...More

Don’t let the entrance reception put you off.once your booked in and through the doors it’s spotless.Room was perfect for one night stay.Basic but very clean.Showerwas hot and fast. It’s right over the toad from Station another bonus ,and central for all shops one pubs/restaurants.

Great central-close-to-most-places-of-interest location! Oddly unwelcoming outside entrance area but apart from that everything else is spot on! Hotel room was huge and the bed was so comprtable with loads of pillows. Overall great experience!!

Stayed for 3 nights, absolutely perfect location just a stones throw away from Waverley station on Princes Street. Rooms very clean and comfortable with friendly, welcoming and informative staff on reception.
