Clean warm & comfortable accommodation. Excellent breakfast menu. Within walking distance of the city centre and the Castle. On the bus route. Lots of restaurants nearby serving a variety of excellent meals. Near to theatres and film houses.

it's about a 15 minute walk to Princes Street and less by bus which picks up from one end of the road and drops off on the other.
